Delivery Info & Returns Policy

Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or Next-Day Courier and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.

Our delivery charges are £5.95 for small packages, £8.95 for larger packages.

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR WHOLE ORDERS OF £250.00 + vat or more.

The Delivery Charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added.

Should any items in your order be out of stock for 7 days or more, we will contact you to suggest an alternative product or to arrange split deliveries. This will be at NO COST to you.

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with Eazzee.co.uk. until payment for the goods are received in full.

Eazzee.co.uk will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of Eazzee.co.uk.

Returns Policy

Plain stock may be returned within 10 working days and credited in full, provided that these items are unused and in original packaging. Items that are faulty or not fit for the purpose can be returned within 1 year of purchase.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Eazzee.co.uk will not accept any liability for items that have been produced in accordance with the instructions provided by the customer, and approved by the customer.
