Please browse our website using the product navigation links on the left of the page or the search box at the top. In most cases you will see a summary of the products in a particular category, with thumbnail images. Click on the product that interests you to see more details.
Click the Order button to add an item to your shopping basket, remembering to select your required size and colour where appropriate. Also, if required, please select whether you require embroidery and/or printing for a particular garment at the same time.
Once you have added all the items to your order that you require, click the "Checkout" button to proceed through the checkout and send us your order. Unless you already have an account with us, you will be asked to pay for your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, via secured Protx online payment solutions, featuring Verisign secure socket layer certificates.
All transactions on our site are verified as secure by Visa and Mastercard.
As soon as we receive your order, and if your order is to be personalized, the artwork you should have submitted we will use to produce a "Bitmap" image of your embroidery or print. This can take up to 4 days to produce, and will be emailed to you. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOUR ORDER.
When you receive this, please approve or amend by return. WE CANNOT PROCEED WITH YOUR ORDER UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN APPROVED. Once we receive approval for design, position and colours, we will proceed with your order. Our lead-time is 10-15 working days. If your requirement is urgently or for a certain date, please contact us so we can accommodate this for you.
What colour embroidery can we have?
Easy - Just have a look at our thread selection PDF and choose your perfect embroidery colour! We can also match to pantone print colours (PDF). (See attached Madeira pantone conversion chart PDF) Please remember to add the reference number in the online notes section when you order. The number of colours in a logo does not affect the price.
I would like my logo as a badge?
No problem - We embroider on to the badge material backing (See our colour choices PDF here). We then bind the edges and ship as a normal job. Lead time 5-7 working days.
Not comfortable ordering on line?
