Our B-Spoke team have successfully provided numerous bespoke designs for existing customers, ranging from jackets and polo shirts to bags, baby wear, fleece, hats and more… we utilise expertise within the industry, through suppliers in Europe the UK and our worldwide manufacturing networks in the Far East.

Maybe the garments that we supply ‘off the shelf’ do not match your customer’s corporate identity; therefore, you can provide them with a special B-Spoke design to meet their exact requirements. ‘Distinction’ is important in the global marketplace; companies and organisations thrive on exclusivity… it may be a fashionable design, a specific colour, particular fabric… you tell us and we will be delighted to undertake the challenge!

What quantities and lead times are required for B-Spoke Design?

There is no definitive answer; a lot depends on factors such as the supplier minimums, garment types and countries of origin, these factors also affect lead-times and price. As a ballpark figure, quantities as little as 40 of we can produce here in the UK for you. Lead time for a UK service 3-6 weeks depending on the garment.

For Far East production 500 pieces and above are likely to qualify for this service offering you a cost saving and quality manufacturing. Quality is of the essence, the B-Spoke Design team have many years experience in design, buying and garment technology to provide you with the products you require. Lead times for Far East garments are 6-8 weeks airfreight, 8-12 weeks by sea.

With all made to order garments you will receive preproduction samples to approve before we proceed.
